Swedish energy data specialist Eliq, helps CGI to deliver compelling real-time consumer energy monitoring apps to supercharge customer satisfaction among Swedish utilities.

Gothenburg, Sweden (October 25^th, 2017) – Eliq offers energy data analytics and monitoring software for energy suppliers, enabling their customers to control their energy costs in a better and more intelligent way.

Today Eliq announces a partnership with CGI, the leader in billing systems for the utilities industry in Sweden, to deploy Eliq’s energy tracking smartphone app to many small and medium sized energy utilities in Sweden.

Using machine-learning analytics and data from smart meters, internet-of-things (IoT) devices and online environmental data, the app provides the user with real-time energy insights and savings advice.

Eliq is not only benefitting individual consumers by optimising their energy consumptions. The smart meter data crunched by Eliq, combined with intelligence from its memberships database, gives utilities a deep understanding of its consumers, allowing better customer segmentation and cross-selling opportunities of value-added services and energy saving products.
