What you will do
We are well known in the industry for our innovative and user friendly mobile apps. We challenge the way people think about Utility apps and are constantly thinking about new ways to help users understand and manage their energy usage.

This year we are investing heavily in our mobile solutions and as a part of this we are leaving our current cross-platform solution and focusing entirely on native apps. We are looking for a talented senior mobile developer that can take the lead in this process and guide the mobile team to the best possible solutions.

Who you are
You know what key skills are needed in a successful mobile team and are a team-player who enjoys working with others and are have strong communication skills.

We expect you to have a deep knowledge in mobile development and excel in either iOS or Android development. We value talent and knowledge over a formal education. You have good analytic skills and have already been the mastermind behind the architecture of a few best-selling apps.

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile development
  • Deep understanding in Swift and/or Kotlin
  • Continues integration & deployment
  • Automated testing
  • Experience from leading a mobile team
  • Strong understanding of application architecture and object-oriented design.
  • Experience with iterative software development approaches including Agile using Scrum methods.
  • Experience building and using mobile SDK:s

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the business is growing quickly in the UK, we are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to work closely with our UK customers (energy suppliers). It is your job to ensure customers get the maximum value out of the Eliq platform, become advocates of the solution and ultimately to renew and grow their business with Eliq. The job will involve following up on engagement metrics on behalf of our customers and providing feed-back to the product team.

The role, which reports to the CEO, will be based in our London Bridge offices, but we expect you will need to to travel to customers around the UK one or two days per week.

WHO YOU ARE
We believe you have a background with two or more years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, product management or business development. You’re a very strong communicator, have a commercial mind-set and enjoy working with people.

As a person you take responsibility for what you do by being structured and drive your work. You are solution oriented and work well with complex issues and enjoy working with others.

Business Development Manager - Nordics - Gothenburg, Sweden

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re now looking to add an experienced business developer to our team in the Nordics, to accelerate the growth on our home markets.

This is no ordinary role; to grow our presence within Scandinavia, we are looking for an amazing, dynamic B2B Business Development Manager to drive this process. The role will work closely with the company’s founders and management, reporting directly to the CEO.

You will be evolving our customer relationships and nurturing new ones as well as helping to develop and deliver short and long-term strategies to achieve budgeted revenue growth for the UK region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop leads to new business
• Define customer needs to position Eliq products and services effectively in the Nordics and ensure revenue target is achieved.
• Develop presentation materials with help from the team
• Manage and help to close business opportunities through direct sales activates with help from the sales team
• Represent Eliq at relevant conferences and tradeshows and ensure proper positioning of the company’s products and services

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
• Highly motivated with a proven track record from enterprise software sales
• Utility sector experience is an advantage, but not required
• Experience of solution selling
• Ability to adjust quickly to a changing environment and to bring significant new ideas to this arena demonstrating flair and imagination
• Confidence and poise to initiate conversations with senior management of prospective customers
• Excellent communication skills in a Scandinavian language and English (other European languages may also be of value)

Location:

• You’ll be based out of our headquarters in Göteborg, but you will need to have the ability to travel widely, primarily within Sweden and Norway, and at short notice as required to fulfil the job role.

Remuneration:

Attractive basic salary, plus results based incentive; paid holidays, pension and expenses
